My passion is to make clients feel their best, building relationships and educating more on services. Booking Policy: A non-refundable deposit of [amount] is required when booking to secure your appointment. If not received, the appointment will be canceled. The deposit goes toward your balance. Please choose the best day and time, as no refunds are issued for any set. The remaining balance can be due in cash, card or Apple Pay. Arrival & Late Policy: New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to discuss your desired set or any changes. • Lashes: Arrive with a clean face and clean lashes. • Nails: If booking a full set, please come with bare nails, as soak-off time may not always be available. Late Policy: There is an 8-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled for another day. Cancellations and rescheduling need to be 48 hours prior to the appointment date. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% AND NO LONGER BOOKING.
